Project Units
Assemble provides support for the use of Imperial or Metric project units of measurement on a per project basis. By default, projects units will be set according to the project units as defined in the authoring tool. If models have conflicting project units, the project will assume the units for the first model published.
Option 1: Publishing
On the first publish of a model version to a new project, Assemble will attempt to determine whether the model is using Metric or Imperial units. If, for example, a model is published with Metric units, Assemble will automatically switch the Project Units setting for the target project to Metric.
Option 2: Project Settings within Assemble
A Project Administrator can set the Project Units for a given project at any time, even after multiple models have been published to the project.
