Merge Product Data

Use the merge function to combine multiple items from the Product Data table into a single item.

1. Select the product data that you'd like to merge.

2. Click Merge. This will open a screen that will allow you to complete the rest of the merging actions.

   

3. Select the target item and click Merge Product Data

   

4. Use the View icon to view the description or the Edit icon to edit the description.

5. Click Confirm.

   

   Once you've completed merging the product data items, your log will be updated. The product data items that were merged will appear as deleted, with details crossed out and their rows appearing in red. The target product data item will be highlighted in yellow.

   

6. Click Save to save changes.
