PlanGrid and BIM 360 Integration

PlanGrid

PlanGrid is a construction management solution.

Collaboration tools include:

  • Sheets and documents: Access, markup and share project sheets, models, and all related documents including specifications, shop drawings and progress photos.
  • Issue tracking: Track work assignments, collect and complete punch lists and track defects.
  • Field reports: Create reports including daily reports, checklists and inspection forms using default or custom form templates.
  • RFIs: Complete RFIs on site and link to all relevant project documentation.

All new data and revisions are automatically synced to the entire project team.

Autodesk Construction Cloud™ Connect

Autodesk Construction Cloud™ Connect integrates PlanGrid and the Document Management module in BIM 360. You can manage and transfer data each way between PlanGrid and the following areas in BIM 360:

  • Plans folder.
  • Project Files folder.
  • Issues.

Autodesk Construction Cloud™ Connect can also transfer cost items created in PlanGrid (for example in RFIs, issues, or field reports) to the Cost Management module in BIM 360 as either a Potential Change Order (PCO) or a cost item.
