If you want to make bulk changes to your asset data, you can do that using the .CSV report. Make the changes you want to see in the report, and import the file back into the Assets module. See Creating and Tracking Assets for more details.

It’s possible to mark assets for deletion during the import process. This allows you to clean up unnecessary assets that no longer need to be tracked.

To mark assets for deletion, first ensure that you're a project administrator.

1. After you export your assets report, open the .CSV file and add a new column on the right side named "Mark for Deletion."
2. Enter the value "Delete" for any asset that you would like deleted.
3. Save the file and import it.

All assets marked "Delete" will be removed.
