Custom parameters store additional, user-defined information about a part, such as manufacturer or product information.
If you have a set of custom parameters that are common to multiple parts, you can create the custom parameters for one part, save the parameters as a group in a Microsoft
Excel file, and then retrieve the group whenever you need to add the same parameters to additional parts.
