Users will be able to create and manage internal and external communication with project stakeholders resulting in a single, centralized, and connected source of truth for the project.

The Correspondence Tool offers the following utilities:

• Consolidated Data Storage: The tool allows for the storage of all significant project correspondence in a single location, minimizing the potential for data loss.
• In-Platform Communication Initiation: It provides the capability to initiate communication directly within the Autodesk Construction Cloud™ platform, eliminating the need for multiple communication tools .
• External Email Correspondence Integration: The tool includes the ability to file correspondence from external email providers, thus ensuring no communication is left out of the project's record.
