- In-Platform Communication Initiation: It provides the capability to initiate communication directly within the Autodesk Construction Cloud™ platform, eliminating the need for multiple communication tools .
- External Email Correspondence Integration: The tool includes the ability to file correspondence from external email providers, thus ensuring no communication is left out of the project's record.
