Add Specifications

The first step in the publishing process is to add one or more PDF files which contain the specifications you want to publish.

Note: You need Create permission or above to work through the specifications publishing process. Contact your project administrator if your current permission level needs to be raised.

Add Specifications for Upload

  1. Click the Specifications tool.

  2. Click Add specifications Add Specifications.

    This takes you to the Add files area:

  3. Select PDF files from the Files tool or add them from your computer.

    Tip: You can drag files onto the upload area.
  4. Click Next to version set after the upload is complete.
