Rainfall Library and Set Management
The Rainfall Manager allows for importing and exporting rainfall library data to use in the analysis of multiple projects. this rainfall data is exchanged by the means of *.rain files.
Rainfall sets are typically imported on set creation. The export procedure is included in this topic.
To Import a Rainfall Library
In the Analysis Criteria workspace, click Open Rainfall Manager.
In the Rainfall Manager, at the top of the Rainfall Creation workspace.
If existing rainfall data is in the current project, a dialog prompt will ask to cancel the import or overwrite the data.
In the Import Rainfall Library dialog box, navigate to the *.rain file to import and select it.
Click Open to import the rainfall library into the Rain Manager.
To Export a Rainfall Library
- In the Analysis Criteria workspace, click Open Rainfall Manager.
- In the Rainfall Manager, at the top of the Rainfall List, click
> Export Rainfall Library. - In the Export Rainfall Library dialog box, navigate to the destination directory and name the library.
- Click Save to export the current Rainfall Library to a *.rain file.
To Export an Individual Rainfall Set
- In the Rainfall List, select the set to be modified. The Rainfall editor displays.
- In the upper right-hand corner of the editor, click Export
. - In the Export Rainfall Set dialog box, navigate to the destination directory and name the library.
- Click Save to export the current Rainfall Library to a *.rain file.
