About the Rainfall Manager
The Rainfall Manager provides a centralized location for creating, editing, and managing all rainfall data used in the software. This includes both pre-defined rainfall patterns and user-created custom events. Organize rainfall data into common sets, ensuring easy access and consistent application across different analyses.
The Rainfall Manager simplifies the process of working with rainfall information by facilitating the creation of new rainfall patterns, the modification of existing data patterns, and the deletion of unused data, to provide comprehensive control over all rainfall inputs.
The Rainfall Manager User Interface
The Rainfall Manager consists of two sections. The Rainfall List panel (left) and the Rainfall Creation workspace (right).
Rainfall List
The Rainfall List is a collapsible user library of rainfall sets grouped under their respective method. Rainfall sets are groups of rainfall event data created for various purposes such as regional events, similar events, or customized testing events. Selecting a rainfall set in the Rainfall List, will display its events in the Rainfall Creation workspace.
Rainfall Creation
The Rainfall Creation Workspace has two modes. The initial empty creation mode that displays the available rainfall data methods as cards. Selecting a card, enters the rainfall set creation mode. Set creation mode allows for creating multiple rainfall data events with which to save and use in Drainage Analysis.
