Submittal Reports
This topic includes information about submittal reports.
The Reports tool allows you to create the following submittal reports:
Submittal Item Detail Report
The Submittal Item Detail Report is a list of submittals including detailed, submittal-specific information like status, creation date, due date, ball in court, and manager, presented as a PDF file. The report also contains information about responsible contractor, watchers, spec section and sub section, description, package, activity log, as well as final responses, and photos.
Filter: Use filters to limit the data that appears in the report. You can filter the data by:
- Status
- Spec section
- Ball in court
- Due date
- Priority
- Package
- Type
- Review response
- Final response
- Created
- Updated
- Published
Click to add more filters and further refine the data included in the report. Click Reset to clear all applied filters.
Sort the data in ascending order or descending order
by:
- ID
- Number
- Spec section
- Status
- Ball in court
- Due date
- Priority
- Package
- Type
- Title
- Response
- Revision
- Created at
- Updated at
Click to add additional sorting criteria. Click Reset to clear all applied sorting criteria.
Choose from the available options:
- Cover page
- Table of contents
- Photos
- References

Submittal Item Status Summary
The Submittal Item Status Summary Report is a count of submittal items in each status category grouped by an assigned company. The data included in the report can be presented as an XLSX or PDF file.
Filter: Use filters to limit the data that appears in the report. You can filter the report data by:
- Status
- Spec section
- Ball in court
- Due date
- Priority
- Package
- Type
- Review response
- Final response
- Created
- Updated
- Published

Sort the report data in ascending order or descending order
by:
- Company
- Overdue items
