Mobile App Settings (iOS)

In the Autodesk Construction Cloud mobile app, you can view and manage your storage, and adjust various settings to customize your app experience.

To access Settings:

  1. Navigate to the Projects list.

  2. Tap the person icon at the top right corner.

In this article, you'll learn about:

1. Manage Account

  1. Tap Manage account.

  2. Edit your account details such as company, job title, phone, and profile photo.

  3. View your PlanGrid and Autodesk Construction Cloud subscriptions (Autodesk Build).

  4. Delete your account: Tapping Delete account will take you to profile.autodesk.com. Learn more about deleting your account.

View the amount of storage the Autodesk Construction Cloud mobile app is taking on your device. Learn more.

Reorder tools

Reorder the tools in your Autodesk Construction Cloud mobile app app so that your most used tools appear in the bottom menu bar and are more easily accessible in the list of tools.

To reorder the tools in the Autodesk Construction Cloud mobile app app:

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Tap Reorder tools.

  3. Hold and drag tools into the desired order.

    Note: The first four tools will always appear in the bottom menu bar.

You can now return to your projects and see the updated list of tools in the menu bar and in the More section of the menu.

Visualize touches

Turn on to enable a visual effect where a blue circle appears whenever you tap within the application.

New Viewer

By default, the viewer in the Files tool on mobile now uses a new viewer for a faster experience and improved features for viewing 2D files and 3D models. If your device doesn't support the new viewer, you can turn off this setting to not default to the new viewer. Learn more.

3. General Settings

  • About: Learn more about the Autodesk Construction Cloud mobile app including information about privacy, trademarks, and more.

  • Send feedback: Send feedback to our development team to help us improve.

  • Help: Quickly access links to the Autodesk Build Help Site and Sync Troubleshooting.

  • Diagnostics: If requested by our Support team, you can send diagnostics from your application to help our team resolve any concerns you are experiencing. Toggle on Include logs only and tap Create support ticket.

  • View ACC on the app store: Directs you to view the application in the App Store.

Sign Out

Scroll to the bottom of the Settings and tap Sign out to sign out of the Autodesk Construction Cloud mobile app.

Note: If your device doesn't have an internet connection, you won't be able to sign back in until you connect to the internet again.
