Release Notes in Version 2026.1

This topic lists any bugs that have been fixed between versions 2026.0 and 2026.1 of ICMLive Operator Client.

See Known Limitation and Issues for a list of limitations and any issues that we are aware of.

The fixes listed below are those that are viewed as likely to impact on users in an unexpected way, mainly changed simulation results, or differences in behaviour that might not be obvious.

4K displays

The appearance of toolbar buttons and other areas of the user interface has been improved for 4K displays when running Windows 11.

Weirs

It is now possible to select the default flag on the secondary discharge coefficient on a weir link. The default value will be the same as the current primary coefficient.

Subgrid meshes

The tech preview feature Subgrid Sampling was not working correctly when meshing with walls. This has been fixed.

ICMLive Operator Client

It is now clearer from the software that cloud databases cannot be used from ICMLive Operator Client.

2D conduits

2D conduits (conduit type "Conduit 2D", "Linear Drainage (2D)" or "Culvert (2D)") potentially had minor inconsistencies in behaviour between CPU and GPU runs. This has been fixed when using a database of version 2026.1 or later. Databases of earlier formats retain the current behaviour.

CNSWMM infiltration

An error in the treatment of the rainfall percentage parameter in the CNSWMM infiltration method has been corrected.

Head/discharge tables in 2D simulations on GPU

Head/discharge tables were not being extrapolated correctly when running simulations on a GPU. This meant that head values outside the range of the head/discharge table were giving rise to an incorrect discharge value. This has been corrected.

Vulnerabilities

The following security vulnerabilities have been addressed:

CWE-787, CVE-2024-9681, CVE-2024-58249, CVE-2023-46218, CVE-2025-0725, CVE-2025-0167, CVE-2024-11053, CVE-2024-9681, CVE-2024-8096, CVE-2024-7264, CVE-2024-2398, CVE-2024-2004, CVE-2023-46219
