Log Data in a Form

Forms are used to record measurements taken manually or to record field observations.

See how to create a form.

To log data in a form:

  1. Go to Data Forms
  2. Select the form you want to fill out.
  3. Select Add Entry.
  4. Enter the data, then save.
  5. Click Submit.
Note: The data you enter could take up to 15 minutes to show up, depending on the amount of data added.

Once you submit the entry, it is not possible to modify or delete it.

If you want to remove an entry before submitting it:

  1. Click the three dot icon beside the form and select History.
  2. Then, click the three dot icon beside the entry and select Remove Entry.
