Importing RibX XML Data

RibX XML survey data can be imported into the network.

To import RibX XML survey data into a network:

1. Open the network to be updated.
2. Select Import | Import RibX XML survey/repair data from the Network menu. The Import Data from RibX XML dialog is displayed.
3. On the Import Data from RibX XML dialog:
   • Browse to find the data file. A standard Open dialog will be displayed. Multiple files may be selected by using the CTRL and SHIFT keys.
   • Choose a flag to apply to all the imported data if required.
   • Set the options for generating IDs and handling duplicate IDs.
4. Click Import to complete the import process.

A log file with useful information on the import will be displayed to the user.
