The Resource Grid contains grid data for each type of resource , material, approval level and order object in the network.
Each column in the grid contains data for a particular field, with each row in the grid listing the values for a single object.

Open the Resource Grid set using the 
button, or select
Grid windows | New resource window from the Window menu.
