- Double-click a Section feature in your map.
The Section feature class form is displayed.
- Click Function menu
Create Connection Points for all Observations. This function creates connection points for all observations in selected section. Depending on the WW format, specific observation codes (A—L, A—R, ...) are assigned to the new connection points.
Conflicts with existing connections points can be resolved automatically based on the tolerance setting designated in the Wastewater Industry Model Options. If a connection point already exists within the tolerance of a new one, and the direction of the connection is the same (Left/Right/Up/Down), then a new connection point is not created.
When setting wastewater options, you can also specify observation codes where no connection point will be created.
