To Create Observation Records

You can administer observations for several feature classes.

To add observations

1. Open the form for the feature class for which you want to add an observation, for example, Breaker.
2. Click Function Create Observation.

   You can also click Create Observation on the Related Tables tab.

   The Observation feature class form is opened with a new record. Note that in the Details tab, the relation (FID_*) to the feature has already been assigned.
