Delete nHair

You can select and delete parts of a hair system, such as individual curves or follicles and Paint Effects hair. You can also delete all the nodes, curves, and follicles associated with a hair system.

Note: To delete hair curve CVs, select them ( See Select hair, follicles, curves, and CVs) and press the key.

To delete selected hair curves, follicles or nodes

1. In Outliner or scene view, select the parts of the hair system you want to delete.
2. Select nHair > Delete Hair.

To remove a hair system

1. Do one of the following:
   • Drag to select the hair curves and then select nHair > Convert Selection > To Hair Systems.
   • Select hairSystem in the Outliner.
   • Select any curve, follicle, or CV in the hair system.
2. Select nHair > Delete Hair.

   All the hair system nodes are deleted.
