Test Information dialog
This dialog is used to view the source of this material data, the date the data was last modified, the date of testing and the test method that were used for the data.

| Source | Specifies the source of the material data, where relevant. |
| Date last modified | Specifies the date when the material data was last updated. |
| Date tested | Specifies the date when the material was first tested. |
| Method | Specifies the particular test method used to create the material data, where relevant. |
| Comments | A text box for storing any further information. |
