Netfabb Simulation Modeling Flow
The Netfabb Simulation solver performs thermo-mechanical analyses for all common additive manufacturing (AM) processes. The user passes the relevant process parameters into the solver by creating an input file. The input file also allows for various features of the solver to be controlled by using the available analysis cards described in the “Keyword Listing” section. The output of the thermal analysis is temperature history and the output of the mechanical analysis is deformation, stress, and strain.
