Convergence Critical Warnings

Plasticity algorithm did not converge after ## iterations. Check material
properties and processing conditions. Increase the number of relaxation
iterations.

This critical warning is shown if the plasticity step fails to converge. This will generate a cutback.

Residual is increasing. Reducing time step.

This critical warning indicates the residual for the current increment increased, indicating a lack of convergence. This will generate a cutback.

Residual is too large. Reducing time step.

This critical warning indicates the residual for the current increment is higher than the specified limit, indicating a lack of convergence. This will generate a cutback.

The number of equilibrium iterations has exceeded the maximum allowed number of
equilibrium iterations. Reducing time step.

This critical warning occurs during heat treatment analysis when the solver fails to converge. This will generate a cutback.
