Remarks
- ELSTRAIN is an alternate form and is identical to STRAIN.
- Strains are written at a single point for each element for solid elements. The top and bottom strain values are written for shell elements. Strains are written for a single point for each ply for composite shell elements.
- This command will output all tensor strain components and the von Mises strain for all elements.
- Equivalent plastic strain is automatically written for any element that has a material model with plasticity.
