Acad::ErrorStatus getBlockTable( AcDbSymbolTable*& pTable, AcDb::OpenMode mode = AcDb::kForRead );
Description
Opens the database's block table in the mode specified by mode. The pTable pointer is filled in with the address of the block table.
Returns Acad::eOk if open is successful.
