- In the Project Manager tree view, right-click a drawing. Click Open.
- On the ribbon, click Insert tab
Data panel Field.
- In the Field dialog box, do the following:
- In the Field Category list, click Project.
- Under Field Names, click CurrentDwgStatus.
- Under Format, click Title Case.
- Click OK.
- Click in the drawing area where you want to display the drawing status.
Note: The drawing status is displayed as <unassigned> until you assign a status to the drawing in the Work History dialog box.
