Set up rules to print a report when specific conditions are met.
Use Custom Print to set up rules for automatically printing a report. For example, you can specify rules to print a report when an item is unmeasured or out-of-tolerance.

Print to option to specify the type of output you want to create:
- To save the report to a file, select File and enter the location in which the file is to be saved. The file name is generated by concatenating the name of the document with the computer's system date. The file can then be printed later from a browser.
- To print the report, select Printer. When the item is played, the report is sent to the computer's default printer.
- Choose a
Print as option to specify what you want to print:
- To print the contents of the Report tab, select Report. If you chose to print the report to a file, it is saved in .mht format.
- To print a copy of the current CAD view, select CAD View screen shot. If you chose to print the screen shot to file, it is saved in .png format.
- Specify one or more rules to designate the conditions for generating a report. For each rule:
- In the All Items list, select the item you want to test.
- In the State list, select the test you want to apply to the selected item.
- Click Add to add the test to the condition box.
