Control the display of the information in the CAD View and Section View.
To display an orthogonal view of the model
Select the orthogonal view you want to display.
- Click to view the CAD model looking along a major axis of the CAD datum.
- Click the From arrow and select one of the following:
- Top (Z) to display the model from the top (X, Y), looking along the Z axis.
- Front (-Y) to display the model from the front (X, Z), looking along the -Y axis.
- Right (X) to display the model from the right (Y, Z), looking along the X axis.
- Bottom (-Z) to display the model from the bottom (X, -Y), looking along the -Z axis.
- Back (Y) to display the model from the back (-X, Z), looking along the Y axis.
- Left (-X) to display the model from the left (-Y, Z), looking along the -X axis.
To display an isometric view of the model
Display a three-axis isometric view of the CAD model.
Note: The orientation of the isometric view depends on the coordinate system selected in the Grid Mode menu.

- To select the isometric view you want to display, click the ISO arrow and select one of the following:
- ISO1 to display a first-angle isometric projection of the model.
- ISO2 to display a second-angle isometric projection of the model.
- ISO3 to display a third-angle isometric projection of the model.
- ISO4 to display a fourth-angle isometric projection of the model.
- Axonometric to display an isometric view of the model with 120 degrees between each axis.
To save a user view
User views enable you to save any orientation, location, and magnification of the CAD View so you can quickly switch back to it.
Save the current CAD View as a User View 1.

To display a user view
Note: The User View options are available only when you have previously saved a view using the matching Save User View option.
Display the saved User View 1 in the CAD View.
