You can find out if a value uses parameters in one of the following ways:
- A value that is defined with a parameter or expression is indicated by the use of = in addition to the value.
- Hover your cursor over a text box on a dialog to display the tooltip. If the value is parametric, the tooltip displays the expression containing the parameters. A parametric value is one that remembers the parameters used to define it. When the value of any parameter is changed, the parametric value updates automatically.
