Use this dialog to define the buckling effective length of compression members.
Access
- If the member is a cantilever, select the Cantilever option in the Member Definitions - Parameters dialog.
- Click Effective length ley or Effective length lez.
Dialog elements
Define your own buckling length coefficient by selecting the appropriate value for one of the available buckling modes.
Note: The elements available in this dialog are different depending if the member is a cantilever or not.
