About Copy/Monitor and Revit LT

When using Revit LT to work on a Revit project that uses Copy/Monitor, limited Copy/Monitor functionality is available.

In general, you cannot use the Revit Copy/Monitor tools in Revit LT.

If you use Revit LT to open a Revit project that uses Copy/Monitor, consider the following:

• If project changes result in Copy/Monitor violations, warnings indicate that a coordination review is required. To perform the coordination review, open the project in Revit.
• If you click an element, Revit LT does not indicate whether it is monitored.
• You can use the Reconcile Hosting tool to rehost elements or tags that become orphaned.
