How do I renew a subscription I bought from an Autodesk sales representative?

A renewal notification email is sent to the contract manager before the contract expiration date. If the subscription has expired, a new subscription must be purchased.

Upon renewal, contact your sales representative for options on changing the number of seats, adjusting billing settings for multiple subscriptions, or software upgrade options. You can also upgrade to an industry collection.
