Understand BOM structural changes when switching between Effective date and As Saved filters
The following table describes how the BOM structure is impacted when you perform an operation on a BOM under the Effective date filter and then switch to the As Saved filter.

Copy/Paste | You can copy any item without any restrictions however the paste operation is disallowed when the direct parent is Released. | No changes to the BOM structure. |
