Change Order Approver Tasks
The Approver role only allows you to approve or reject a change order. You must explicitly be given the reviewer role to add or reply to comments.
You must be a routing participant with approver permissions to approve a change order. Only a Change Administrator can modify how a change order is approved.
Notifications
As an Approver on a change order, you are notified in the following ways:
- The change order number is automatically added to your work list.
- An e-mail message is sent to you.
- A notification window appears if Vault Professional is not the active application.
