Change a Change Order's State

  1. In the Vault mobile app, select the Change Orders (COs) tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select a change order. You can search the Vault or scroll through the list to find a change order.
  3. In the change order details, tap the change order state button below the title. The text on the button varies depending on the current state.
  4. Select the next state from the list that appears under the button.
  5. Enter an optional description in the Comment field.
  6. Select OK.
