A record can be a file or an item related to the work in a change order. Attachments are resources to help complete a change order and can only be files.
To add a record or attachment to a change order:
- In the Vault mobile app, select the tab for the object type to add (for example, Project Explorer for files) at the bottom of the screen.
- Locate and select the object that you want to add. To find objects, you can scroll through the tab or search the vault.
- In the object details, select the More icon
.
- Select Add to CO.
- Select Record or Attachment to add the object to the change order as that type. A list of change orders is displayed.
- Select a change order. The object is added to the change order.
