Add a Record or an Attachment to a Change Order

A record can be a file or an item related to the work in a change order. Attachments are resources to help complete a change order and can only be files.

To add a record or attachment to a change order:

  1. In the Vault mobile app, select the tab for the object type to add (for example, Project Explorer for files) at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Locate and select the object that you want to add. To find objects, you can scroll through the tab or search the vault.
  3. In the object details, select the More icon .
  4. Select Add to CO.
  5. Select Record or Attachment to add the object to the change order as that type. A list of change orders is displayed.
  6. Select a change order. The object is added to the change order.
