The Change Orders (COs) Tab

The Change Orders (COs) tab displays change orders related to objects in the vault.

The Change Orders List

The change orders list organizes all change orders in the vault. By default, the change order list displays change orders in your worklist. You can change sorting parameters by selecting the Sort icon .

The Sort Icon

The Sort icon controls how change orders are displayed in the change orders list. Tap the icon to view the following options:

The Search Bar

The search bar performs simple searches in the current tab. Search in the COs tab to find change orders.

The Search Options Icon

The Search Options icon displays other search methods. Tap the icon to select from the following searches:

Change Order Details

Select a change order to display its change order details.

Change order details contain a summary of the change order, actions, and data. Actions include updating a change order's lifecycle state and others viewed by selecting the More icon . The following tabs track data related to the change order, displayed at the top of the change order details screen:

  • General
  • Properties
  • Records

Phones and similar mobile devices display change order details as a separate screen. Tablets and other larger mobile devices display change order details as a panel to the side of the change orders list.

The More Icon

Select the more icon to display a list of actions. The COs tab contains two separate more icons: one at the top of the change order list and one in change order details .
