Roles in Autodesk Workshop XR

Workshop XR Member Roles Overview

Workshop XR offers two distinct roles for members:

• XR Member
  • Can access only the workshops to which they have been invited or have created.
• XR Admin
  • Have default Manage permissions to all existing and future workshops on the project. They can also manage member roles.

Workshop XR members are added at the Project level. Only existing ACC Project members can be invited to Workshop XR.

Role Assignment

• Default Assignment: When an ACC Project Member is invited to a workshop in Workshop XR they are automatically assigned the XR Member role.
• Role Upgrade: XR Admins can upgrade any XR Member to an XR Admin roles giving them Manage access to all current and future workshops within the project.
