Assign Plastic Rule
Assigns a plastic rule to a component to automatically control the properties of plastic features, like physical material and thickness.
Manage Plastic Rules
Manages plastic rules in the active design to automatically control properties of plastic features, like physical material and thickness.
Design > Plastic > Create
Boss
Creates a boss feature to fasten two solid bodies together and reinforce thin areas of a design.
Snap Fit
Creates a cantilever snap fit feature to fasten two solid bodies together in a design.
Geometric Pattern
Creates a pattern with size and distribution gradients across a face on a solid body.
Design > Plastic > Modify
Volumetric Lattice
Modifies existing solid or closed mesh bodies to create complex volumetric lattices that alter the shape and appearance of a design.
Design > Plastic > Inspect
Design Advice
Identifies manufacturability concerns based on best practices for plastic injection molding, and provides recommendations to address them.

Non-Toolbar Assembly Commands
Pin
Pins the component to the active design.
Unpin
Unpins the component from the active design.
Ground To Parent
Grounds the child component to its parent component so they move together.
Unground From Parent
Ungrounds the child component from its parent component.
Edit In Place
Activates an external component so that you can edit it in the context of the assembly without leaving the parent design.
Activate Assembly Context
Activates an existing assembly context in an external component so that you can edit it in the context of the assembly without leaving the parent design.
Sync Assembly Context
Syncs a single out-of-date assembly context.
Sync All Assembly Contexts
Syncs all out-of-date assembly contexts. May require multiple uses in complex assemblies.
Associative Edit In Place
Creates associative references between this external component and other components in the assembly.
Non-Associative Edit In Place
Only allows local edits. Does not create associative references between this external component and other components in the assembly.
Reference Objects
Creates explicit associative references between the current design and other design features in an assembly.
Read-Only For Me
Temporarily makes a design read-only for you, so you're free to navigate, view, analyze, or experiment with the design while other project members continue editing.
