Split a net or trace

  1. On the Schematic Design toolbar, click Rework > Split, or on the PCB Design toolbar, click Rework > Split Split icon.
  2. In the Split dialog, review or select a Bend type, angled or curved, and a Miter type, straight or round. If using a round miter, optionally set a curve Radius value.
  3. Click on a path where you want to start the split, then drag the path in a new direction.
  4. Click wherever you want to change direction.
  5. Double-click to end the re-routing.
