Create a change task
Change tasks are created within the context of a change request (CR) or change order (CO) using the Task Planning tab. This tab enables you to capture all task details first before initiating them.
On the Dashboard, under My Outstanding Work, select the change order or change request you want to create a task for.
Select the Task Planning tab, select Add, and enter an ID,Title, and any other information you want to include.
Click Save.
Optionally, if you want to send the task to its assignee, from the Workflow actions drop-down, select Initiate Tasks, fill out any additional information, and click Confirm.
