Lesson 2: Share the proposal as a scenario

Create a scenario and publish it for public viewing.

In this lesson, you publish a scenario to an Autodesk InfraWorks 360 group for the purpose of sharing the proposal you created.

You can make a scenario public or private. You make a scenario "public," to share it with people outside an InfraWorks 360 group.

Note: Only account administrators can create groups.

When you publish a public scenario, you can email an invitation containing a link to the scenario. The invitation contains the information needed to view the scenario on the web or in an iPad app that first-time viewers can download for free.

A scenario contains a designated region of the model, along with the watermark and Point Of Interest you added.

Note: You can also include storyboards in a scenario, and select one storyboard to play automatically. We won't cover that here.
