Save Copy As dialog box

Use the Save Family Copy As command to copy a family in a read/write library.

Access:

Click Manage tab Content Center panel Editor to display the Content Center Editor dialog box. Right-click a family, and select Save Family Copy As from the menu.

Select Library to Copy to	Select a read/write library to save the copied family to.
Independent Family	Select to remove the link to the parent family.
Link to Parent Family	Select to keep the link to the parent family.
Parent Family Information	Displays the name of the library where the parent family is saved and the family name of the parent family. The field is read-only. The field is blank if an independent family is selected.
Family Name	Edits the name of the new family. The family name must be unique within the Content Center library.
Family Description	Edits the Family Description text.
Family Folder Name	Edits the name of the folder, where the family member parts are saved when placed in an assembly.
Review	Opens the Review dialog box to review Part Number and File Name setting for the new family.
