Sheet metal lofted flange reference

Creates a lofted flange using two selected sketched profiles

Access:

Shape tab

Shape
		Profile 1 - Selects first profile sketch used to define Lofted Flange.
		Profile 2 - Selects second profile sketch used to define Lofted Flange.
		Flip Side - When active, offsets the material thickness to the opposite side of the selected profile.
		Flip Side - When active, offsets the material thickness to the opposite side of the selected profile.
		Both Sides - Offsets the material thickness equally to both sides of the selected profile.

Output
		Die Form - Enables smooth, die formed output of the resulting Lofted Flange.
		Press Brake - Enables faceted, press brake output of the resulting Lofted Flange.
	Converge	Enables the bends of the flattened faceted sections to converge near a point. Option is only available for Press Brake output type.
	Facet Control	Allows the selection of a method of controlling the size of the resulting faceted faces using: A Chord Tolerance - Input value determines the maximum distance from the arc segment to the face segment chord. B Facet Angle - Input value determines the maximum angle to the chord segment at the facet face vertex. C Facet Distance - Input value determines the maximum width of the facet face (length of the chord) when subdividing the arc profile. Option is only available for Press Brake output type.
	Control Value	Allows entry of a value to control the specified facet type. Option is only available for Press Brake output type.
		Image displayed when Facet Control type is Chord Tolerance.
		Image displayed when Facet Control type is Facet Angle.
		Image displayed when Facet Control type is Facet Distance.

Bend Radius

Allows input of a bend radius value that differs from the value specified in the active Sheet Metal Rule.

Unfold Options Tab

Unfold Style

Drop-down selection control. Allows selection of a previously defined Unfold Rule that differs from the Unfold Rule defined in the active Sheet Metal Rule.

Dialog box controls

Help	Click Help to open this page.
Preview	Click to enable or disable the preview display of the Lofted Flange before creation.
OK	Click OK to accept the input, create the Lofted Flange and close the dialog box.
Cancel	Click Cancel to discard any input and close the dialog box.
