If a scenario doesn't publish, its status is set to
Problem
in the Scenario Editor.
Here are a few things to consider:
- Too many 3D models (such as Revit ones) in the scenario.
- Some 3D models too complex (mesh complexity). You can reduce complexity upfront in Revit or 3ds Max and during imports to InfraWorks 360.
- Size of Area of Interest may be too large. Change it in the Scenario Editor.
- Tile or texture size values may be too high.
If the problem persists, you can contact support and log a support case. Please include the following information:
- Your Autodesk ID
- Name of the group where you try to publish the scenario.
- Job ID (from the log-in InfraWorks.)
Problems in the viewer
If you can not see the scenario in the web viewer or InfraWorks 360 (iPad app):
- Check you're part of the group where the model is published.
- Check to see that the scenario has Status
Published in the Scenario Browser.
Note: Click

to open the
Scenario Browser.
If you can not see a storyboard:
For details on differences in the display of scenarios between viewing them in the application or in either the InfraWorks 360 web viewer
or
InfraWorks 360 (iPad app) see the overviews for each of them.
