In this tutorial, you review a Warpage analysis on the 4-cavity tool of the computer mouse cover. The analysis sequence includes; cool, fill, and pack.
This tutorial continues where the others left off. You can change the analysis sequence of the previous tutorial to Cool(FEM)+Fill+Pack+Warp and then run the analysis. The analysis can take in excess of 2 hours and so we have also supplied the results.
