After connecting a Revit model to a Forma scenario, you can manage scenarios and perform related tasks.

To manage scenarios
- Open the model in Revit.
- Click Collaborate tab > Manage Models panel >
(Manage Scenarios).
If the model is not yet connected to a scenario, you are prompted through the process. See Connect to a scenario.
The Manage Scenarios panel lists models included in the current scenario, including other Revit models, contextual data sets, and models created using other Forma applications (as coordination models).
From the Manage Scenarios panel, you can do the following:
- Reload the scenario to see the latest changes to all its models.
- View the scenario and related data in Forma Data Management.
- Convert a contextual data set to Revit-native elements.
- Add a Forma Site Design model in the context of the scenario.
- Open other models in their native applications.
- Rename the scenario.
- Delete the scenario from the project. You can also restore the scenario if needed.
- Disconnect a model from the scenario.
