Get Started: Grant Access to Info360 Asset

Before users can access Info360 Asset, an Admin needs to complete the following steps in manage.autodesk.com.

Once these are completed, users will be able to access Info360 Asset at asset.info360.com (AMER), asset.info360-ap.com (APAC), or asset.info360-eu.com (EU). See Log in to Info360 Asset.

Note: If you have more than one team (for example, for different cities), you will need to create a hub for each team. Also make sure that you select the right team when adding users and assigning product access; this will give them access to the team's corresponding hub in Info360 Asset.

1: Create a hub and activate Info360 Asset

To activate Info360 Asset, you must create a hub. A hub is a specific Info360 Asset instance for your team.

2: Add users

To give users access to Info360 Asset, invite them individually or import them in bulk.

3: Assign product access to users

There are three product access levels for Info360 Asset: Full Access, Viewer, and Field Inspector. Each access level is available as a product that you can assign to users.

4: Assign additional Admins (optional)

In Info360 Asset, Primary and Secondary Admins have access to the General Settings section in Admin.
