Info360 Integration Guide

This step-by-step guide will walk through how to connect your Info360 and InfoWater Pro model and results. You will find with each step a brief description as well as a link to our online resources to provide additional details and steps.

For guidance connecting sensor data with Info360, please refer to the Info360 documentation and/or your support/implementation manager.

Integration Guide

  1. Connect – Help Link The first step is to establish a connection between InfoWater Pro and Info360 Insight using the Live Data Connector under the project section of the InfoWater Pro tab within ArcGIS Pro. This will allow you to push and pull data between the two programs.
  2. Configure Sensors – Help Link (live data adapter) Help Link 2 (batch import) Once you have established the connection between InfoWater Pro and Info360 Insight, the next step is to configure or map your sensors to allow for the SCADA data attributed to the sensor to be brought into InfoWater Pro. This can be done manually by using the "add sensor" button which will pull the information from Info360 and map it to an element within InfoWater Pro. This can also be done by doing a batch import of sensors using a formatted CSV.
  3. Configure Patterns – Help Link Similar to configuring sensors, you can map your patterns from Info360 Insight to InfoWater Pro. Under the pattern tab you can select new pattern. On the screen that comes up you can select the Info360 pattern and InfoWater Pro pattern to connect. These patterns can now be compared and the Info360 patterns can be used in runs within InfoWater Pro.
  4. SCADA Event Management – Help Link Once the connection has been established you are able to create events in the SCADA Event Manager within the Live Data Adapter. Under the SCADA Event Manager, you can schedule your SCADA event allowing you to pull SCADA for a specific day or range of days which can be used for hydraulic modeling runs. On this page you will also be able to get/refresh data to pull in from Info360.
  5. Run Manager – Help Link The Run Manager within InfoWater Pro allows you to run different scenarios and analysis using your data. On the Run Manager you will select the "SCADA" tab which allows you to use the previously established SCADA events for analysis within your hydraulic model. Once you have selected the event you want to use you can select run to complete the model run.
  6. Gap AnalysisAfter you have run the desired scenario, you can use the Gap Analysis to compare model and live results. Under the Live Data Adapter, Sensor tab you can select one or a group of sensors to run the Gap Analysis. This will bring up a dialog box Where you can compare model and live data looking at comparison graph, gap graph, comparison correlation and gap statistics. This can be used to aid in calibration between your model and what's happening live in your system.
  7. Upload Results – Help Link The final step is to upload your model results to Info360. Under the Live Data Adapter select the Publish Results tab and select New Results Feed. This will bring up a dialog box which will allow you to map an element ID, result feed and sensor type to an Info360 sensor. Once mapped you can upload your results to Info360. This will allow you to add comparison dashboards to your workspaces.
