Action Notifications

Use the Action Notifications tab to create and manage the email notifications sent out when a workflow action occurs. The tab is available only in workspaces with workflow.

If you have permission to view the action notifications for a workspace, the Action Notifications tab is visible. In this tab, each row represents an action notification. For each notification, you can:

• Choose the event type: State or Transition
• Select the specific event from a drop-down list.
• Specify the users and groups who should receive a workflow notification when the selected state is reached or the transition occurs.
