Attachments

Use the Attachments tab to upload and attach files to items and to manage attached files.

Note: If you don't see an Attachments tab, it could be your administrator didn't enable the tab for that workspace, renamed the tab, or you do not have the required permissions. If you're not sure and need help, contact your site administrator.

The Attachments tab enables you to:

Upload files using drag-and-drop or the Upload button
View and download files
Check out a file for editing and then check it in to create a new version of the file
Access and revert to previous versions
View and comment on attached 2D and 3D designs using the embedded viewer

You can upload and view these file types.

Images and Microsoft Office files:

Note: Fusion Manage uses Box cloud-based file sharing to view these files.

You can upload these file types:

BMP
DWF
DWG
Excel
JPEG
PDF
PNG
Text
Word

Note: There is a size limit of 2 gigabytes per file.

A thumbnail image is generated for each file that is uploaded. If thumbnail images are not visible, edit the site preferences in your profile.
