Cannot Find License Server
If you try to submit a job to the Helius PFA solver and you receive the following error message, you may need to increase the FlexNet Licence Manager Timeout setting.
To address this error, try the following suggestions:
- Follow the FlexNet License Finder dialog to make sure the License Server System and the License File are specified correctly.
- If you still see an error that says, "License server machine is down or not responding," create a new system environment variable named FLEXLM_TIMEOUT. Assign a value of 1500000 to this variable. The timeout value is specified in microseconds, therefore 1500000 represents 1.5 seconds.
